- Incomplete application by the applicant
- Insufficient income (total of all applicants)
- Criminal conviction history
- Poor credit history of any applicant that includes housing, rental debt, and/or eviction.
- Non-Payment or frequent late payment of rent
- Eviction
- Open bankruptcy and/or foreclosures
- Drug use and/or distribution
- Poor housekeeping
- Poor supervision of applicant’s children
- Unruly or destructive behavior by applicant, applicant’s children or applicant’s guest
- Violence to persons or property by applicant, applicant’s children or applicant’s guests
- Failure to provide any requested supporting information and/or documentation
- Certain other reasons permitted or required by law
