• Falsification of application by any applicant
• Incomplete application by the applicant
• Insufficient income (total of all applicants)
• Failure to provide any requested supporting information and/or documentation
• Criminal conviction history
• Unruly or destructive behavior by applicant, applicant’s children or applicant’s guest
• Violence to persons or property by applicant, applicant’s children or applicant’s guests
• No credit file or poor credit history of any applicant that includes: housing, rental debt, delinquent credit accounts, foreclosures, bankruptcy, liens, repossessions, garnishment, etc.
• Non-Payment or frequent late payment of rent, utilities, Auto loans, etc.
• Evictions and/or Eviction filings
• Open bankruptcy and/or foreclosures
• Drug use and/or distribution
• Poor housekeeping or damage to Property
• Certain other reasons permitted or required by law
