Yehuda Goldman, Co-Founder

Yehuda Goldman brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to real estate investment grounded in operational experience and long-term thinking. Born in Israel and raised between the United States and Israel, Yehuda developed an early global perspective and a strong work ethic shaped by his service in the Israeli Defense Forces.

After relocating to Dallas in 2006, Yehuda began managing a multifamily property, gaining firsthand experience in asset management, tenant operations, and value optimization. While actively overseeing the property, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. 

In 2009, Yehuda co-founded GSI Investments with Naor Shimon, identifying a clear opportunity to connect international capital with U.S. residential real estate, particularly in Texas. Yehuda’s strength lies in execution: sourcing opportunities, managing assets, and ensuring that investor capital is deployed efficiently and responsibly. His reputation is built on consistency, transparency, and a relentless focus on protecting and growing investor value.

Naor Shimon, Co-Founder

Naor Shimon is a strategic thinker with a strong legal and financial background, bringing analytical rigor and global perspective to GSI Investments. Born in Israel, Naor served in the Israeli Defense Forces, where his leadership experience laid the groundwork for his future entrepreneurial ventures.

Following his military service, Naor earned a Law degree with a minor in Economics from Bar-Ilan University, completing his studies with distinction. He went on to specialize in International Law during his legal internship and became a member of the Israeli Bar Association. His early professional career included work at a leading capital investment firm in Israel, where he gained exposure to commodity trading, risk analysis, and capital markets.

In 2009, recognizing growing international demand for U.S. real estate investment opportunities, Naor partnered with Yehuda Goldman to form GSI Investments. Naor’s expertise lies in capital structuring, investor relations, and strategic growth. He is known for his clear communication, disciplined approach to risk, and ability to align investor objectives with sound business execution.

Mayra Zavala, Property Manager

Mayra Zavala is an experienced property management professional with over ten years of multifamily operations experience across Texas. She specializes in day-to-day asset management, team leadership, budgeting, leasing strategy, and financial oversight, with a consistent focus on occupancy performance and operational efficiency.

 

Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Mayra manages properties with a disciplined, owner-minded approach. She is fluent in English and Spanish and brings strong communication skills, operational accountability, and steady leadership that ownership groups and investors can confidently rely on.
